Solar Industry Growing in Richmond

RICHMOND, Va. – Take a walk through Elisabeth Ward’s suburban neighborhood in Glen Allen and the first thing that stands out is the roof of her house.  “Extra-terrestrial looking things” Ward says with a laugh, describing the long bluish panels that cover the entirety of the top of her house, “but when you see a $17 electric bill, then you’re happy.”
